Privacy Policy

This privacy policy discloses the privacy practices for Kadlec X2 LLC (DBA BeAKidsHero) and its subsidiaries and affiliates (the “Company”). This privacy policy applies to personal information collected by the Company through its websites or other means. If you do not agree with this privacy policy, do not use the Company’s websites or provide personally identifiable information to the Company.  The Company respects the privacy concerns of the users of its websites and its customers and provides this privacy policy to notify you of the following:

1.       What personally identifiable information is collected from you, how it is used and with whom it may be shared.

2.       How to contact the Company to opt out of emails, find out what information we have about you, correct inaccurate information, delete information, provide comments or ask questions.

3.       The security procedures in place to protect the misuse of your information.

The Company’s websites and products are not directed to children under the age of 18.  The Company does not permit registration by and will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under age 18.  If the Company discovers that a child under age 18 has registered on a Company website or provided us with personal information, the Company will delete that child’s registration and personal information from the Company’s records.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

The Company only has access to/collects information that you voluntarily provide to the Company and/or its third party service providers. Information collected may include your email address, name, physical address, phone number, credit card information, and demographic information. The Company may get information about how and when you use its websites including your IP address, date, time, browser used and actions taken by you within the Company’s websites.  The Company will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We use your information primarily as follows:

1.       To send materials and updates to which you have subscribed.

2.       To promote our products.

3.       To fill product orders.

4.       To bill and collect money owed to us for the purchase of our products.

5.       To provide customer service and send alert messages.

6.       To comply with applicable laws and court orders.

7.       To force compliance with our Terms of Use and applicable law.

8.       To improve the website and products we offer.

From time-to-time, the Company requests information via surveys or giveaways. Participation in these surveys or giveaways is completely voluntary and you may choose whether or not to participate and therefore disclose any information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name, email address and shipping address), and demographic information. Contact information will be used to fulfill giveaways. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of the Company’s websites, products and/or services.

The Company will not share your information with any third party outside of the Company except as necessary to fulfill your order/request. The Company uses an outside credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. The credit card processing company does not share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond filling your order. The Company may partner with other third parties to provide specific services. When the user registers for these services, the Company will share email addresses, or other information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.  You may request the names of the Company’s service providers.

When you use the Company’s websites, the Company and/or its third party service providers may use cookies (small files of letters and numbers stored on your computer) to identify your computer and to collect information such as your browser type, Internet protocol (IP) address, pages visited, date and time of visit, and other similar information.  The information is used to help understand how the website is used, to enhance your user experience and website navigation, and to improve website design and functionality.

Unless you ask the Company not to, the Company may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, products or services.  Emails may be delivered to you for the Company by a third party.  These emails may include “web beacons” that allow them to collect information about when you open the email, your IP address, your browser type and other similar details.  This data is used to create reports for the Company to see who has or hasn’t opened emails, measure the effectiveness of email campaigns and provide related metrics.

The use of cookies and web beacons is limited. The Company doesn’t use them to pull other data from your hard drive or to view data in cookies or other similar data files created by other websites. The Company will not share the information in these data files or give others access to them except to help us better serve your needs and as described in this privacy policy. You can change your cookie preferences by activating the setting on your web browser that allows you to delete or refuse the setting of cookies.

The Company may disclose user information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who has violated the Terms of Use of a Company website or may be causing injury to or interference (either intentionally or unintentionally) with the Company’s rights or property or other users of the Company’s websites.

Any information you include in a comment on the “Contact” page of a Company website is posted on that page and may be read, collected and used by anyone.  If you would like to have your comment removed from the website or would like to make a private comment, contact the Company at

The Company’s websites include web widgets (e.g. links to social media like Facebook).  These features may collect information about your IP address and what page you’re visiting on our site, and they may set up a cookie to make sure the feature functions properly.  Your interactions with those features are governed by the privacy policies of the companies that provide them.

The Company’s websites contain links to third party websites or information that the Company feels may be of interest to you. When you click on these links and leave The Company’s website, the Company’s website terms and conditions of use and privacy policy no longer apply.  Please be aware that the Company is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such third party websites or for any information that you might share with such third party websites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave a Company website and to carefully read the privacy statements and terms and conditions of use of the linked websites they visit.

Your Access to and Control Over Information

  • Opt out of any future emails from us.  We will honor opt out requests within 10 business days.

To protect your payment information, the Company’s credit card processing vendor uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology for secure transactions.  That information is encrypted and transmitted in a secure way.  You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page.

Security for all personally identifiable information is extremely important to the Company. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while the Company strives to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit via the Internet. By transmitting any such information to the Company, you accept that you do so at your own risk.

A word about email.  Email was not designed for confidential information.  If you have something confidential to send, please don’t use email.  We will not include confidential information in an email unless it is encrypted.


The Company’s Privacy Policy may change from time to time and all updates will be posted on the Company’s websites and will be effective as of the date they are posted.
